Important scope distinction: large construction-debris removal, hazardous materials, and specialty remediation are not assumed as part of an ordinary final clean. Those conditions must be identified and evaluated before work is scheduled.

Ideally, after dust-producing work and most trade activity are complete. If crews return afterward, the space may need additional cleaning before handoff.
Do you work on occupied commercial properties?
Potentially. We discuss how the work area is separated, when it is safe to clean, how people use the surrounding space, and what scheduling will limit disruption.
Is every project priced the same way?
No. Square footage alone does not show the condition, dust load, surfaces, access, remaining debris, or finish level required. We review the actual project before confirming the scope.
Can this be combined with a unit turnover?
Yes, when maintenance or renovation work is part of preparing a vacant unit. We coordinate the scope around the repair sequence and the property’s move-in-ready standard.
